Fontana Sensor Faucets Return Policy
Our goal at Fontana sensor faucets is 100% customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase, our goal is to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible.
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
Step 1: Select your order, select your item(s), and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new different size/color/pattern).

Step 2: Print your shipping label. If you've selected 'Store Credit' or 'Exchange,' it's free! If you selected 'Refund,' we'll deduct $5.99 from your refund amount to cover the shipping fees.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)
Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Return your package via the US Postal Service or FedEx.

Be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.

Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Please note: If you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
REPAIRS AND RETURNS
FOR MOTION SENSOR FAUCETS At Fontana Sensor Faucets we stand behind the products we sell. . If any sensor faucet you bought from us needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know. We do understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and items are in sell able condition.
SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES
Fontana Sensor Faucets Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, except when merchandise is exchanged. If you would like an in-house credit for your faucet return, then the restocking fee is waived. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Fontana Sensor Faucet will not accept a return for or refund the following:
Items that have been altered or mishandled
Items with custom work or painting at time of sale
Special-order items not listed in our catalog or on our site (unless approved by customer service)
Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.). If an installed item is defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance returning.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Request a Return Number:
Call Customer Service toll free at our toll free number and Indicate whether you'd like to receive in-house credit or a refund in the original form of payment. We will then send you an email with the Return Number.
Sending Your Package
Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Print the Return Number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box with clear packing tape. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.
Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the item back to us.
Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later. (In-store credits are processed same-day.) Once your return has been received, you'll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed.
All items are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects and covered for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. Warranty does not cover: damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair; damages due to improper cleaning, misuse or neglect; or "living finishes." If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us within five working days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
