This is the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery. How do you calculate shipping, taxes, and duties? Bath and Body Care, furniture, and gift cards cannot be shipped internationally. Other products may be excluded on a country by country basis. The charge will appear as BFMotion-Sensor-Faucets. Return Policy Can I return my international order? Back to the Top If you would like to return your order by mail, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-684-4489. They will issue you a Return Authorization and give you further instructions. Your online purchase cannot be returned in-store. We are not able to accept blind returns. You must contact our Customer Service department before mailing your returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not reimburse for original shipping. Note that returns will be credited in the same currency and same exchange rate you as your original order. How do I exchange a purchase for different size or color? Do you offer price adjustment? Back to the Top We do not offer price adjustments on international orders. Order Issues My order was shipped incorrectly. What should I do? Back to the Top We make every effort to ensure your order goes out correctly. If you find any missing or incorrect products, please call our Customer Service department at 800-684-4489. In some cases, an item(s) may not be available at time of shipment. These items will not appear on your packing slip and will not be charged. I did not receive my order. What should I do? Back to the Top Please contact us at 800-684-4489, and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the transit company. My shipment arrived damaged. Whom should I contact? Back to the Top If your order content was damaged in-transit please contact us at 800-684-4489 to report a damaged shipment.

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
